Through this document, the terms and conditions for accessing the platform known as Papora (hereinafter the “Service”) are made available to Users and Clients.
Papora Ltd. (hereinafter Papora) is a company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 37 Great Pulteney Street, Bath, BA2 4DA. Papora offers an online platform, www.papora.com (the “Website”), and downloads available on the Platform (the “Service”) that enable users to learn English. Access to Papora Courses (the “Courses” or the “Course”) is managed through Papora.
Use of the Service is subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users must be of legal age to use the Service; otherwise, they must have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, Users will need to provide certain information. Papora commits to handling all information related to Clients’ use of the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Before accessing the Service, it is essential that Users read and accept the terms and conditions that govern its use.
The User will register through the sign-up form available on the Website. The User may subscribe to the Service online or by phone, with payment possible via credit or debit card. For this, the User must provide the cardholder’s details, card number, expiration date, and CVC or CVV code. All information will be processed through a secure payment system.
The terms and conditions of purchase will be sent via email, which will have been agreed upon and accepted by the User in advance on the Website or by phone. Once the procedure is completed, the license will be activated to allow the User to use the Service during the agreed period.
4.1 Account Creation and Registration Information: You can explore, preview, and search the Service without creating a Papora Account or providing registration details. However, to access Papora’s full content, you must create an account and provide the required information.
4.2 Access to Papora Content: Once subscribed to the Service, you will have unlimited access to Papora content. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer such content to other media or devices, nor share it with third parties.
4.3 Additional Software and Hardware Requirements: You may need to accept additional license agreements and service terms for the hardware and software you use with the Service. If you refuse these additional terms, your ability to fully use the Service may be limited. Also note that the Service is compatible only with specific devices.

To fully benefit from the Service, the User must develop all communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Otherwise, adequate progress is not guaranteed. If the User does not meet these conditions, Papora reserves the right to cancel the contract and process a refund through the original payment method.
6.1 Rules and Guidelines for Using Papora’s Technology:
By using the Service, the User will be subject to any applicable guidelines or rules for the technology used to deliver services and features, which may be published from time to time. These Guidelines apply generally and non-discriminatorily to all users and include updates, modifications, and software reinstalls, as well as patches addressing security or interoperability issues.
Papora reserves the right to carry out these updates and modifications when necessary without prior notice. Some parts of the Service may include special identification systems for security and tampering detection. Access to certain applications may be restricted due to security policies or Papora’s content protection policies.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct:
The User must not use the Service to transmit, display, or make available illegal, obscene, threatening, spam, defamatory content, or materials that invade privacy or infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
The Service may not be used for political activities, sales solicitations, marketing purposes, or to distribute computer viruses or any code that interferes with system functionality.
The User must behave appropriately and respectfully during the Course, and any violation of these restrictions will be reviewed and may lead to termination of the Service by Papora.
6.3 Restrictions on Service Use:
The Service includes security components, and attempts to bypass, decrypt, or modify any part of it are not allowed. It is also forbidden to distribute, sell, or transmit any part of the Service for commercial or public purposes. The User may not copy, sell, or transfer Papora Content unless expressly permitted.
6.4 Security of the Papora Account:
The User may open only one Papora account for personal use and must not allow others to use their registration information or account. It is the User’s responsibility to maintain account and password confidentiality and security. In case of unauthorized use, the User must notify Papora immediately. If the User opens an account on behalf of an organization, they must have the authority to bind the organization and ensure compliance with Papora’s Terms of Service.
The Client may exercise their right to cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days from the signing of this Agreement, provided they have not taken more than 2 live English classes via Zoom. To request cancellation, the Client must contact Papora at support@papora.com.
Papora will process the request and proceed with the refund or send the cancellation form via email. Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method, once the completed cancellation form is received at the email address provided by Papora.
After the fourteen (14) calendar days and/or if more than 2 live English classes have been taken, payments are non-refundable. If a deferred payment is not successfully made within twenty-five (25) days, Papora will suspend the Service due to non-payment.
8.1 Payment Agreement: Before accessing the Service, all Clients must accept the Terms and Conditions and complete a payment authorization, as well as agree to the Purchase Terms. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the Service unless they have a promotional code or have been granted a free offer by Papora.
8.2 Termination: After the fourteen (14) days for exercising the Right of Withdrawal, the Client can terminate the Service. If the Client cancels their membership or subscription before the end date, or violates the terms and conditions of the Service, no fees or charges will be refunded. Upon termination of the Service, regardless of the reason, the Client must immediately stop using the Content.
8.3 Bank Transactions and Credit Cards: During registration, credit or debit card information will be required. By using the Service, the Client agrees to charges to their credit or debit card, as well as applicable taxes and related fees. Refunds are not available except in cases outlined in this document. The Client is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and will be liable for charges made by others using their account.
8.4 Taxes: The Service cost may include taxes, which will be itemized in the pricing. The Client must pay applicable taxes in accordance with current tax laws.
8.5 Right to Change Prices: Service-related prices are subject to change by Papora. Price changes will not affect the Service during the initial period but may apply to contract renewals. Clients will be informed of price changes and may choose not to renew if they disagree with the new prices.
9.1 Data Protection: Personal data provided during registration and throughout the contractual relationship will be processed by Papora in accordance with its Personal Data Policy, which the User accepts. Data processing is for service delivery and contract management, based on the relationship between both parties and compliance with legal obligations.
9.2 Accuracy of Information: The Client declares that all information provided to Papora is true, complete, and up to date, committing to keeping it updated. The Client also guarantees that this information does not violate laws or third-party rights.
9.3 Residency and Contracting Capacity: By opening a Papora Account, the Client confirms they reside in the territory indicated in their profile and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction.
9.4 Service Content: By using the Service, the Client may encounter content that may be considered explicit or offensive. The Client is responsible for determining whether the Service Content meets their standards. Papora is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information provided through the Service.
9.5 Usage Risk: Papora is not liable for any damage to computers or other property resulting from accessing, using, downloading, or browsing the Service.
9.6 Changes to Terms and Conditions: Papora reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated version. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9.7 Changes to the Service: Papora may add, change, terminate, remove, or suspend materials included in the Service, as well as product features and specifications, temporarily or permanently. Substantial changes will not affect pending services during the initial contract period but may apply to new contracts and renewals if Clients accept the changes. Papora may remove content from the Service at any time without notice.
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Client acknowledges that the use of the Service is at their own risk and that the Service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties by Papora or its affiliates. Papora expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. Papora does not guarantee performance, accuracy, reliability, security, capacity, timeliness, or other aspects of the Service.
10.2 Compatibility and Responsibility: Papora does not guarantee that the Service is compatible with specific devices and will not be liable for damages caused by accessing or using the Service on devices, including computers, CD/DVD players, CD/DVD recorders, or registered portable devices. The Client is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of their systems with the Service.
10.3 Exclusion of Liability: Papora is not liable for direct, indirect, exemplary, consequential, quantifiable, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or use of the Service in violation of these Terms. Papora is not responsible for unauthorized use of Service content or for defamatory, invasive, obscene materials, or those infringing third-party rights or applicable laws.
10.4 Legal Restrictions: Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations set forth in these Terms. If any limitation is invalid under applicable law, Papora will rely on the maximum disclaimers and limitations permitted by that law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles or international conventions. Papora will comply with consumer protection laws and other applicable regulations in the Client’s country of residence.
Any disputes relating to these Terms of Service, the Service, or its use will be resolved in a competent court in the United Kingdom. However, courts in the Client’s country of residence will also have jurisdiction over disputes related to Papora and the Service.
